  • Velocity: Monitoring reach and engagement of post in real time and categorizing them into high, average or low category based on reach and engagement of previous posts, this will provide an estimate that how current post is performing with respect to previous posts.

 

  • Demographics: Connecting Influencers with Advertisers based on attributes provided my advertisers so he can find best influencer to market his product.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Our Solutions

For the Velocity use case, we employ real-time data retrieval utilizing the Meta Graph API, followed by the storage of this data in a MariaDB database. Subsequently, we conduct data extraction from MariaDB to ascertain reach and engagement metrics over time. Through visual representations such as plots, we compare these metrics with those of previous posts, facilitating a clear understanding of our current post's performance relative to historical data.

Our approach involves segmenting the data based on reach and engagement metrics. We categorize posts into high, average, or low based on their position relative to the collective data distribution. Specifically, we designate the top 30% as high performers, the bottom 30% as low performers, and the remaining 40% as average performers. This methodology enables us to discern whether a post's reach and engagement surpass or fall below the average, aiding in the evaluation of its effectiveness.

Regarding the Demographics use case, we leverage advertiser-provided attributes to identify suitable influencers for marketing campaigns. Initially, we utilize the provided location attributes to calculate the radius, enabling us to pinpoint influencers within the specified geographical area. Subsequently, we apply filters to narrow down the list of influencers, ensuring alignment with the advertiser's criteria.

The final output presents a curated list of influencers who match the advertiser's attributes, accompanied by pertinent suggestions for consideration. This process optimizes the selection of influencers, enhancing the effectiveness and relevance of marketing efforts.

 

 

 

The Results

Influencers are able to monitor reach and engagement in real time and can tweak hashtags and post description to increase reach & engagement.

Effective matchmaking was achieved between influencers and advertisers, optimizing marketing campaigns. The platform facilitates interaction by allowing users to engage with posts through likes, comments, and shares within the activity feed.

Influencers are able to generate more revenue by doing collaboration with different brands.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Tools & Technologies

For the Velocity use case, we leverage a sophisticated tech stack comprising AWS for robust infrastructure, MariaDB for efficient data storage, and Pandas and Dask for high-performance data processing. Our application is powered by FastAPI, a modern web framework, enabling seamless integration and efficient handling of real-time data from the Meta Graph API. Through this advanced technology stack, we achieve rapid data retrieval, storage, and analysis, ensuring timely insights into post reach and engagement metrics.

In the Demographics use case, our technology stack encompasses AWS for scalable computing resources, MariaDB for reliable data storage, and Pandas and Dask for efficient data processing. Leveraging the capabilities of FastAPI, we create a responsive and intuitive platform for matching influencers with advertiser-specified attributes. This comprehensive tech stack enables us to efficiently filter and present a curated list of influencers, streamlining the process of influencer selection for targeted marketing campaigns.
