Client Challenges

Sitara Chemical Industries faced pressing challenges in ensuring workplace safety and compliance with safety protocols. With a large workforce engaged in chemical manufacturing, monitoring whether all employees were wearing safety masks and protective gear posed a significant challenge. Additionally, the company sought a solution to effectively monitor the color patterns of gases emitted during production processes to detect any anomalies or hazardous situations promptly.

For safety monitoring, we implemented a real-time detection system using computer vision algorithms to analyze video feeds from the workplace. By training deep learning models such as YOLO, we accurately identified employees not wearing safety masks and gadgets, triggering alerts for immediate intervention. Similarly, for gas monitoring, we utilized YOLO segmentation to analyze the color patterns of gases in real-time, enabling the detection of irregularities and potential hazards.
